Returns and Refund Policy for The Scribes Corner

1.1 Physical Books

You may return new, unused physical books within [14/30] days of delivery.
Items must be in their original condition, free of damage or markings.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or damaged item sent).

1.2 Digital Products (eBooks, PDFs, Audiobooks)

Digital items are non-returnable and non-refundable once downloaded or accessed, except in cases of technical issues or accidental duplicate purchases.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:
